Top Deck Chocolate Gummies

Gut healing, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Low carb

Chocolate Gummie Layer Ingredients:

Chocolate Gummie Layer Method: 

Step 1:  Mix gelatin with water in small bowl and let the gelatin 'bloom' for 5 minutes
Step 2:  In a small saucepan add the 'bloomed' gelatin and the rest of the ingredients. Turn heat on low and stir constantly until gelatin has fully dissolve. (Thermomix method: 50 degrees, speed 2, 3 minutes)
Step 3:  Pour mixture into a glass dish and put into fridge for an hour before making next layer.

Vanilla Layer Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Organic Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons water
  • 1/2 Cup 100% Coconut Cream
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla essence)

Vanilla Layer Method: 

Step 1:  Mix gelatin with water in small bowl and let 'bloom' for 5 minutes
Step 2: In a small saucepan add the 'bloomed' gelatin and the rest of the ingredients. Turn heat on low and stir constantly until gelatin has fully dissolve. (Thermomix method: 50 degrees, speed 2, 3 minutes)
Step 3:  Pour mixture on top of the chocolate layer and return to the fridge to set.
Step 4:  Set in fridge for 2 hours then, slice into squares.  Store in airtight container in the fridge.

 

Eat a couple of day. Best used within 5 days. Gummies can be frozen for 3 months then thawed in fridge to eat.
