Nothing is random, everything is connected.

It is the year 2020, for so many people this has been a challenging year. Things have come up health wise for yourself or family members. Work, business, relationship struggles. For many we have slowed down, followed what has been going on, had a-ha moments and awakenings on different levels.

My intention is to be of service and make a contribution. Like with my classes and events. I aim to make learning comprehensible, enjoyable and inspiring. Provide you some value in the form of recipes, tips, helpful information … and also bring into the picture things to question and consider.
