Join Mel and Jolan for our Summer Self-Love Retreat Day.
On this internal journey of self discovery, we are here to help you re-ignite self love and remember that you already have everything you need inside you.
Retreat day includes:
- A heart opening Yoga practice to stimulate the flow of love with Jolan. The practice of yoga can help to cultivate self-love and self-care. Suitable for beginners to advance. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, or one can be provided for you.
- Cooking Class with Melinda. Learn recipes, techniques and tips, you can easily and enjoyable add into your life. Class will include:
- Healthy ways to enjoy Chocolate
- Fermented Summer Salsa
- and more
- Heart Centred Guided Meditation with Jolan
- Tea and Coffee on arrival
- Morning tea, Herbal teas and fermented drinks
- Nourishing Lunch – Enjoy a relaxed and nourishing meal as a group. Catering will be naturally gluten-free, organic produce where possible, pastured animal products will be used. Please advise any food allergies or intolerances on booking, we are happy to do our best to cater for you.
Your hosts for the day:
Jolan Tassone. Qualified Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga Teacher, professionally trained by Swami Sarasvati and Sanjay Hackett and teaches internationally at her yoga retreats in Bali and India. Jolan has completed three and a half years training in physical and theoretical components of Hatha Yoga and is a current member of the Sarasvati Yoga Society. Jolan runs regular yoga classes at her Om Yoga studio at Emu Plains.
Melinda Blundell. Certified Functional Nutrition Consultant and holistic wellness coach. After healing herself and her family using food as medicine, Melinda is passionate about sharing her knowledge and making healthy food and lifestyle changes doable and enjoyable. Melinda has been running Gut Health, Fermentation and Gluten-free wholefood workshops since 2016 and continues her education and learning in this field. Melinda is the founder of EMU Wellness, a nutrition and health education and coaching business hosting events and classes for the community.

Yes, tickets are transferable but not refundable. If you can no longer make the retreat you may transfer or sell your ticket to another person, just please let us know the new contact name.
