Understand the difference between wild and cultured ferments and tips for introducing them into your family’s diet.

- Basic green or black tea Kombucha
- 2nd Ferment Kombucha…this is when you get to add in exciting flavours
- Easy and high probiotic coconut water Kefir using Kultured Wellness starters.
- Fermented lemon cordial
- Probiotic smoothie shots
This is a hands-on workshop with everything included for you including jars. Make and take home your own batch of Basic Kombucha, Flavoured Kombucha, Coconut Water Kefir and Fermented Lemon Cordial. Additional Kultured Wellness starter cultures will be available for purchase on the night.
Presenter Bio:
Melinda Blundell from EMU Wellness is a certified Functional Nutrition Consultant and author of Family Friendly Fermenting. After healing herself and her family using food as medicine, Melinda draws on her education and personal experiences to inspire and empower others to take action to improve their health. With a strong focus on gut health, Melinda is a passionate, engaging and experienced speaker and trainer and I’m sure you will love attending one of her classes.
