Presenter Bio:
Melinda Blundell from EMU Wellness is a certified Functional Nutrition Consultant. After healing herself and her family using food as medicine, Melinda is passionate about helping to make food changes doable and enjoyable so people can successfully and sustainably change habits step by step to improve their health. With a strong focus on gut health, gluten-free, lower carb, healthy fat, wholefood approach…there is no counting anything, just getting back to enjoying real foods to heal and thrive.
