You will learn some gentle movements and yoga positions you can do easily at home. Suitable for beginners to advance.\nGut Health Cooking class with Melinda. Learn recipes\, techniques and tips\, as you understand what can help you heal and rebalance your gut health.\n\nLearn about the benefits of bone broth and how to make a healing anti-inflammatory organic chicken soup.\nLearn what is in many common foods including breads and cakes that could be contributing to gut damage and a variety of symptoms. Learn how to make a herb bread and chocolate cake with alternative ingredients.\nLearn about the benefits of using a quality gelatin and how to make a jelly that is particular great if you have stomach acids issues.\nLearn about the benefits of fermented foods and how to make a high probiotic coconut yoghurt.\n\n\nGuided Meditation with Jolan\, as we create a mindset for wellness and prepare for healthy digestion.\nHerbal teas and fermented drinks\nHealthy Lunch– Enjoy a relaxed meal as a group and taste what is made in the cooking class including the gut healing anti-inflammatory chicken soup\, gluten-free dessert\, and coconut yoghurt.\n\n  \nYour hosts for the day: \nJolan Tassone.A qualified Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga Teacher\, professionally trained by Swami Sarasvati and Sanjay Hackett and teaches internationally at her yoga retreats in Bali and India. Jolan has completed three and a half years training in physical and theoretical components of Hatha Yoga and is a current member of the Sarasvati Yoga Society. Jolan runs regular yoga classes at her Om Yoga studio at Emu Plains. \nMelinda Blundell. Certified Functional Nutrition Consultant and holistic wellness coach. After healing herself and her family using food as medicine\, Melinda is passionate about sharing her knowledge and making healthy food and lifestyle changes doable and enjoyable. Melinda has been running Gut Health\, Fermentation and Gluten-free wholefood workshops since 2016 and continues her education and learning in this field.
